After your home is sold or the agreed period expires. Then you can either extend the time frame or we will arrange for all the furniture and accessories to be removed.

This package includes all furniture and statement pieces as well as hand picked accessories to obtain the maximum sale price.
Partial House Package
We offer a partial staging package which will consist of onsite consultation to discuss the client’s specific requirements and style. Your designer will complete walk through of your home with you, picking out simple stylish improvements that can be made within your budget.
We’ll use a combination of your furniture to create an inviting, warm and authentic atmosphere and by adding our stylish furnishings and accessories with yours which will complement and enhance your home to give each room the ‘WOW’ factor.

Photo Ready Package
Photo ready package is designed for a vacant property or rentals to be fully staged before it goes on the market, potential buyers cannot visualise empty spaces with their own way of living.
They say a picture is worth a thousands words and this is very true. Getting the staging right and the photo’s done will put you above the rest in this market and will very easily add thousands of dollars to your sale of your home. This will consist of an onsite consultation to discuss the clients specific requirements and style. Once quotation is accepted we will arrange transport and labour to style your home with one of our professional interior stylists. This package is only available for a period of 48 hours to enable superior photo’s to be taken by a professional photographer for marketing purposes.
Once we have transformed your vacant home into a photo-worthy showplace this will then be ready to be put on the market.

Soft Furnishings and Accessories Package
It’s widely agreed that a well presented staged property will sell quicker and for more money. Our furnishings and accessories package is extremely popular and is our most affordable package. We will arrange an onsite consultation to discuss the clients specific requirements and style.
Our experience shows that most of our clients have some idea of what design styles they like but need help to see the big picture of how much better their home could look. We combine our furnishings and accessories so that they will work together with your existing furniture.
The objective of this package is for you to love where you live. Our designer will work with you choosing materials, colours and finishes, through to art, soft furnishings and accessories, to bring it all together into a well planned and designed interior scheme.
Cleaning Add-On
We offer a cleaning package which can be added to any of our staging packages, this is ideal for out-of-town clients or owners who are unable to do the cleaning themselves. Price upon request at time of onsite consultation. This service can be arranged prior and after staging if required.

Step Two
We will contact you to arrange an appointment to view your home and select the best package for you.
Step Three
We will prepare a quote, which will be emailed to you or your real estate agent with 48 hours.
Step Four
Once accepted we will email you a contract.
Step Five
Upon payment we will select from our vast selection of furniture and accessories which will best suit your home.
Step Six
On the scheduled day and time, we will install the furniture and accessories that will give your home the WOW factor.
